An amazing book that allows one to connect with the everyday struggle of someone who suffers from OCD. Truly a must read book!

This book is absolutely amazing! The author does a fantastic job in his ability to bring in the reader to his personal daily struggles with OCD. The book captures you from chapter 1 and does not let you go until the end (I actually read it through in one sitting). It is easy to follow and it flows very nicely. It is absolutely fascinating the ability the author has to pull the reader in and allow them to connect with him on such a personal level. This book is not only for those who suffer from OCD but for anyone who struggles with some type of affliction that they may feel inhibits them in their daily life. Thus demonstrating we are not alone in our struggles whatever they may be. I definitely recommend this book to everyone because they will not regret it!! Definitely a must read book.

A must-read book!

Wow. This book really gave me a deeply personal look into the life of a person suffering with OCD. It's humorous, emotional and left me with an understanding of the daily struggles the author must endure. I recommend this book to anyone suffering with OCD or knows someone that is who could use a little hope.
